The "Coniuratio Catilinae" deals with the conspiracy of Catiline, while the "Bellum Iugurthinum" concerns the succession in Numidia. The attribution of the "Declamatio contra Catilinam" to Marcus Porcius Latro (fl. late 1st cent. B.C.) is most probably erroneous.
