Alongside the State and Patronage, artists themselves are taking charge of the future. The Society of - by inspiration and friendship linked - artists now has offshoots from Amsterdam to Brussels, London, Berlin, Paris, Moscow, Seoul, New York, Mexico City and many other focal points in the visual arts.
