Includes the rare first edition, first printing of 'Dave Dawson at Truk', and the first edition, first printing of 'Dave Dawson with the Eighth Air Force', the other volumes all being later printings by the original publisher, Crown, they are not the subsequent editions from the Saalfield Publishing Company. 8vo, each volume in the publisher's original textured cloth, and all in the original colourful pictorially decorated dustjackets. All copies in very good condition, with the paper yellowing as is always the case and other evidence of age due to the wartime printing standards, but otherwise clean and sturdy copies in very attractive jackets with some wear, chipping, and mellowing.
