Very rare publication dedicated to Belgian cycling by Jules Hansez, sports journalist, director of the periodical La Véloce and correspondent for Le Vélo and Paris-Vélo; very active in the organization of sports clubs in his homeland, he participated in De Coubertin's Parisian congress in 1894 and, as a reporter, in the first modern Olympics of 1894 in Athens.
