This is a very good hardcover copy with a very good dust jacket with just light wear to the edges of the jacket. Completely clean. Text in Spanish. This monograph was prepared to accompany the exhibition in Madrid at the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando from October to December 1993. Francisco Sabatini (1721- 1797), was an Italian architect, born in Palermo. His first contact with the Spanish monarchy was when he participated in the construction of the Palace of Caserta for the King of Naples and Duke of Parma and Tuscany. Essays by Delfin Rodriguez Ruiz and over a dozen scholars. Illustrated in black & white with hundreds of reproductions of prints, architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, architectural models, photographs, etc. The monograph is divided into three sections: 1) works for the monarchy; 2) civic buildings; and 3) military architecture. 11" high X 10" wide, 539 pages. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
