VG copy (rubbed cover, otherwise a very clean an still uncut copy) of this working paper published by a swedish economist, Johan Akerman. J. Akerman studied in Stockhom, then in Harvard in 1919-1920. His thesis on rythm in economics is reported to be the first swedish academic paper that included econometrics. This copy belonged to a French academic, prof. Georges-Henri Bousquet (1903-1978). G.-H. Bousquet, a lawyer as well as an economist, was a disciple of Pareto and a friend of Joseph Schumpeter. He became fond of islamic studies as well, when he was a leading Professor at the University of Algier in the 50s. Prof. G.-H. Bousquet spoke both French and Dutch as mother tongues, and was fluent in an amazing number of foreign languages.
