I'hos.Cook & Son�s Handbook for Egypt and the Egyptian Sudan. -- The plans and illustrations given throughout this Handbook are derived from authoritative sources, among which may be mentioned the works of Coste, Prisse d�Avennes, -Lepsius, Howard Vyse, Mariette, J. de Morgan, the Memoirs published by the French Archaeological Mission in Cairo, the Description de VEgypte, the Survey, published by the Palestine Exploration Fund, etc.
