LIBRO Second edition. A very good copy. The founder poetry collection of the Lithuanian futurism in its second edition, with a brand new constructivist cover design (first ed. 1923 wrapped in an early-Russian-futurism-like cover). The author was the founder and leading member of the «Keturi Vėjai» group, and certainly one of the most skilled and interesting poet of the early 20th century Lithuanian literature. «Bene visur akcentuojamas Kazio Binkio poezijos naujumas, kitoniškumas, pabrėžiama, kad eilėraščių rinkinys “100 Pavasarių” (1923, 2-asis leid. 1926) suvaidino ledlaužio vaidmenį lietuvių poetikos raidoje [The not everywhere emphasized novelty and otherness in Kazys Binkis verses, stressed out that the collection of poems “100 Springs” (1923, 2nd ed. 1926) played the role of the icebreaker for the development of Lithuanian poetry]» (E. Darbutaitė, «Vaizduotė ir temperamentas : žaidybos elementai Kazio Binkio poezijoje», in «Darbai ir dienos» 35 (2003), pp. 133-152). Very scarce. No copies in trade or in auctions. Only three institutional holdings in OCLC and KVK, plus the copy of the “Martynas Mažvydas” National Library of Lithuania. Salaris, Futurisms in the World, p. 669

Edizione: second edition.
