How do I check my order?

Log into your account and check the status of your orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, but only if your order is yet "pending" .

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, you can pay for one or more products in installments, as long as they all belong to the same selling bookstore. The total of the item(s) must be at least 300 euros.
Please, our customer care in order to arrange an installment payments.

In agreement with the Seller, we will send you the interest-free instalment plan (TAN 0%, APR 0%).   
Items will be shipped after payment of the last instalment.
Missing the due date of an instalment will cancel the order.

Can I buy single issues or volumes of an item?

If you are interested in purchasing single issues or volumes of an item, before placing your order we recommend to clicking on "Envía una pregunta al librero" link and make your request to the bookseller. You will receive the updated price.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs reported in the product information are approximate and provisional; they are finally calculated based on weight and only after adding the shipping address.

The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping date provided by the seller and delivery by the courier.
In case of customs detention, delayed delivery may occur. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank transfer.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is currently not yet possible.

Puoi cancellare l'ordine, ma solo se l'ordine è "in elaborazione".
Se l'ordine è già in spedizione puoi esercitare il recesso:  Resi e Rimborsi

How is an order cancelled by the bookseller or customer refunded?

If an order is cancelled by the selling bookseller, or if an order is cancelled by the customer, the amount will automatically be added as a credit to the Customer Account Wallet. The amount can then be reused on a further purchase or, at the customer's request, removed from the Wallet and reimbursed with the same payment method.
