Misure: cm. 52 x 38 il foglio, cm. 32,5 x 26 parte incisa.
Grande e nitida incisione su carta vergata coeva robusta e croccante, titolo in basso al centro, S. Hieronymus, numerata a sinistra (13). Alcune leggere pieghe soprattutto ai margini bianchi, una piega centrale visibile soprattutto al verso, scritta a matita in basso a sinistra che sembrerebbe indicare il numero di copie: 10/30 ma non possiamo appurarne l'attendibilità.
