A PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR WITH HIS LONG UNSIGNED HOLOGRAPH INSCRIPTION DATED OCTOBER 1914 ON HALF-TITLE. The author and the recipient served together in the Birmingham National Reserve and Recruiting Office. Includes three coloured plates of uniforms and two of medals. SCARCE.
