Description
BRIE, Reginald Alfred Charles (1895-1988) dopo il servizio con i Royal Flying Corps, e più tardi con la Royal Air Force, prese servizio come pilota collaudatore e dimostratore presso la Cierva Autogiro Company. Nel 1933 fu condannato per "volo basso e pericoloso" sopra la strada della tangenziale di Kingston, e nel 1935 divenne il primo pilota ad atterrare e decollare con un rotorcraft da una nave in mare.
