This catalog was prepared to accompany the exhibition 'Picasso's Women: Fernande to Jacqueline a Tribute to John Richardson' at the Gagosian Gallery in New York from May 3 to June 29, 2019. John Richardson (1924- 2019) an art historian and intimate friend of Picasso and his wives and children, had recently passed away in March of 2019. Foreword by Larry Gagosian. Well known texts by John Richardson are reproduced here. Checklist of Works. Richardson's Picasso exhibitions at Gagosian Galleries are reprised here as well with text and installation photographs.
