1/4 cloth in black with orange/pink paper covered boards, several dark scuff marks to front and back covers, minor edge wear top and bottom spine, covers have sharp corners, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind, page block is tight, straight and square, binding is solid. Inscribed opposite title page to Dave Kobin (?) -- it is not clear -- re his "help & inspiration when we were at Penn together. "Pacification" of course was the American invaders plan to hurd the population under the auspices of our stooge government into little prison camps they would then be required to "defend" against their countymen fighting to free their nation.
