With engraved pictorial title and 2 full-page engravings, by Raphael Sandeler. (7) leaves, 288 pp. 12mo. Contemporary vellum (ties lacking). Munich, Nicolai Henricus, 1629. The book is divided into "hours", each with the theme how to die, to pray, to life and is dedicated by Jeremias Drexel (15811-1638) to his guardian angel. At that time the Roman Catholic Church was promoting the cult of the Guardian Angels.
