Description

This is a very good softcover copy with only light wear. Light cover soil, a soft crease to top corner of front cover and a short closed tear to front cover at the top of spine. First few pages have bottom corners creased. Small mark left by removal of a small piece of tape on upper corner of front free endpaper, otherwise very clean inside. Text in Italian. This is essentially a history of Giuseppe Borsalino company, the famous hat-makers from Italy. The text relates the circumstances of his birth and early years, and the fame and fortune that resulted from his sucess as a designer and maker of high quality men's hats. The photo illustrations show two plates of Borsalino hats, and many of the factory workrooms with workers making the hats. Also photos of the buildings connected the Borsalino Foundation. 43 pages of text. Folio, 12" high X 9" wide, cream colored stiff paper covers.This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
