Description
Four of the great period rooms on display at The Metropolitan Museum of Art inspired this book. They have been recreated by Evaline Ness in miniature form to cut out, color and set up. There are stories of the rooms and easy instructions inside the book. Anyone from nine years up can create these rooms from other times and other places. Prepared with the cooperation of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Evaline Ness is a distinguished children's book illustrator for whom designing and creating miniatures is a special interest. This book opens up to form the stand-upo walls of four miniature rooms with many pages of furniture to cut out and color.
