Also contains useful notes on the various classes of good things to eat, all of which have been carefully checked and re-checked by competent authority" - from title page. Moderate wear and soiling for a cookbook of this era. Hand-written recipes on last two pages. Last leaf (pages 143-144) missing, presumably to remove additional handwritten recipes. Binding intact.
