A very clean very tight copy with very slightly marked boards and spine, with rubbing to spine ends and no bumping to corners. No dust jacket. 343pp. Tales of folk-lore and legend based on actual historical information around the American State of Connecticut. The three parts each concentrate on the Connecticut Colony, the Saybroook Plantations and the New Haven Colony and her neighbours.
